Player complaint: 5Plusbet sportsbooks has blocked a player account
Today an SBR forum member reported that 5Plusbet sportsbook had blocked this account without a valid reason. According to the player 5Plusbet (Rating C- Sportsbook) has said that the player had multiple accounts, and based on an own investigation they determined that the player has violated the rule No. 10.7.
“Naganua” who is the player, has said that “Never signed up more than one account on 5Plusbet” he mentioned that already requested some successful withdrawals before, the player also said that KYC was complete and the only reason that 5Plusbet had to blocked his account apparently was the request of all his money ($92.87).
5Plusbet Sportsbook is a Russian based bookmaker, if you Google it there a bunch of players complaints, so we could recommend key your money away from this book at least until a rating upgrade.
